Overview

IntelliNet Technologies is a leading provider of network convergence and mobile data offload solutions that accelerate the deployment of next generation applications and services. IntelliNet's customers include the telecom industry's leading network operators and suppliers of network equipment, application software, and hosted services. Founded in 1992, the company has amassed considerable expertise in signaling, applications, and networking.

In 2008 the company acquired the assets of Azaire Networks Inc., a leader in developing I-WLAN based solutions that enable mobile operators to deploy multi-access networks. Multi-access networks provide relief for the in-building coverage issues associated with 3G networks to deliver the media rich mobile applications to users over their existing broadband connections.
 

Products

IntelliNet’s Accelero™ product portfolio has broad applications coverage, including mobile data offload, prepaid calling and data, roaming, messaging, location, presence and fixed mobile convergence (FMC). The Accelero product suite includes Traditional (Accelero ™ Application Development Platform and Accelero™ Protocol APIs), Converged (Convero™ Signaling Gateway) and Next Gen (Accelero™ DIAMETER) products.

IntelliNet’s 3GPP-compliant Azaire™ Wireless Services Gateway (WSG) represents the world's first convergence gateway on the AdvancedTCA® platform, and is the only solution to support all convergence options including Unlicensed Mobile Access (UMA), Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN), and IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS). The Azaire WSG gives operators a standards-based foundation that leverages 2.5G/3G core network investments for subscriber management, traffic management, IP services, customer care, and billing systems. These products lay the foundation for converging networks to seamlessly support IMS, IP, and 802.11 networks as well as legacy wireless and wireline networks.
